PW RFQ for Professional Engineering Design and Consultant Services for Delivery of Studies, Planning, Engineering and Design for Projects with (Federal/State) Grant Funds

Description: The City of Fort Worth is seeking expressions of interest and Statements of Qualifications from firms to provide professional engineering services for capital projects supported by grants or Federal/State funds. Services include studies, planning, design, and construction, with the City creating ranked pre-qualified lists by discipline and using a project-specific Request for Proposals to select a firm for defined scopes. For federally funded projects administered through TxDOT, consultant procurement and selection must comply with 23 CFR Part 172, applicable FHWA guidance, Texas Government Code Chapter 2254, and the TxDOT Local Government Project Management Guide.
