Description: Install a water well for Greenhouse facility B42 at USDA ARS Southern Horticulture Research Unit at Poplarville, MS. Project goal is to install 7.5 Goulds pump.7.5 VFD to operate the pump,120 bladder tank,8/3 flat jacketed wire to produce an output of 55-65 gals per minute. 2Phase electric output will be provided at Location. Location is at the East side of Building 42. Clean water is needed to utilize in the irrigation of research plants and to utilize in Greenhouse Cooling systems at USDA ARS Southern Horticulture Research Unit in Poplarville, MS.

Work includes remove and replace two jockey and three high service (hs) pumps to increase available service pressure to magnolia point. Revised design points are summarized as follows: jockey pumps: 400 gpm 196' (tdh) 85 psig; hs pumps: 1,200 gpm @ 196' (tdh) | 85 psig; valving modifications to remove existing hydraulic control valves with motor-operated butterfly valves; elevated storage tank (est) hydraulic altitude valve removal and replacement with motor operated butterfly valves; associated electrical and instrumentation improvements.
