Description: The Agricultural Research Service is seeking a small-business contractor to furnish and install a 400-foot PVC water well at the Thad Cochran Southern Horticultural Research Station in Poplarville, Mississippi. The work includes drilling, casing, pump and electrical installation, a bladder tank, permits, inspections, safety measures, and related site requirements. Offers are due September 24, 2026, at 7:00 PM, with questions due September 15 and organized site visits scheduled for September 10 and 11.
