The School Board of Volusia County, Florida (hereinafter referred to as “District”) a member of and the Purchasing Organization with Educational Results, also known as P.O.W.E.R., Buying Group (hereinafter referred to as "PBG"), acting as the PBG lead agency, is seeking proposals, with the intent to negotiate a contract, from qualified Group Purchasing Service (GPS), Buying Organization/Service and Third-Party Vendors (hereinafter referred to as “Proposer or Responder”) for acquisition of distribution services to individual school sites or district central warehouses within the PBG member districts or charter groups, provide reports and data to allow members to comply with regulations, and assist in the procurement of products in the best interest of the group. The District reserves the right to negotiate an award to any of the Responders at its discretion. Proposer(s) will provide services in accordance with all the terms and conditions of the Contract during the period of performance as specified in this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN). The result of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) will be a contract with the District. All current PBG members shall be included in all products and services in the award. PBG may add or remove participating members during the contract term and any renewals in accordance with PBG’s procedures.
