Purchase, Delivery, and Installation of an Indoor Walk-In Freezer System RFP
Murfreesboro City Schools is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase, delivery, installation, startup, testing, and commissioning of one indoor walk-in freezer system with two redundant remote refrigeration systems and aluminum dunnage racks. The contract will be awarded on an aggregate basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the Total Base Bid. Bids are due through the procurement portal by 12:00 p.m. Central Time on October 20, 2026, with a public bid opening scheduled for 2:00 p.m. that day.
