Public Works Paving Improvements Project

Description: The Village of Gurnee seeks a qualified contractor for Phase 1 and Phase 4 yard improvements around its new fuel island and removal of the existing fuel island. Work includes clearing and earthwork, aggregate base, hot-mix asphalt paving, storm-drainage upgrades, curbs, sidewalks, fencing, pavement markings, erosion control, and landscape restoration. Phases 2 and 3 are optional additive alternates that may be awarded subject to funding availability.
