Enterprise Asset Management and Work Order Software.
Description: The City of Redmond currently has several Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems that support the management of its assets by staff in multiple divisions. The goal of this RFP is to secure one EAM system to support multiple divisions of the City. To that end, the City requests Proposals from qualified vendors for the acquisition, deployment, and ongoing support of an EAM technology solution (SaaS) that will be configured, tested, and implemented with end users fully trained. The City's estimated budget for software costs, configuration, and implementation is $800,000 over three fiscal years. Ongoing maintenance subscription costs will be allocated in future years. The selected vendor shall provide a complete solution encompassing what is further detailed in Exhibits B and C of this RFP.

Work includes asset health monitoring to buried asset management and operations. Project objectives: identify available/emerging technologies for asset health monitoring of large diameter and/or transmission pipes; develop effective techniques and procedures for applications of these asset health monitoring technologies to large diameter and/or transmission pipes and perform field verification; develop guidelines/models for correlating data to pipe material degradation, defects, etc., and on how and which structural health aspects can be monitored and correlated with operations; identify and compile cases, if any, in which such technologies are successfully applied to water industry assets other than pipes.

This presolicitation seeks a contractor to provide asset management services for B-52H Carriage Equipment, including receiving, securing, storing, tracking, and shipping approximately 60 assets. The contract is a 100% small business set-aside consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year options. Assets require environmentally controlled storage and can measure up to 50 feet in length and weigh up to 20,000 pounds.
