The City of Redmond currently has several Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems that support the management of its assets by staff in multiple divisions. The goal of this RFP is to secure one EAM system to support multiple divisions of the City. To that end, the City requests Proposals from qualified vendors for the acquisition, deployment, and ongoing support of an EAM technology solution (SaaS) that will be configured, tested, and implemented with end users fully trained. The City's estimated budget for software costs, configuration, and implementation is $800,000 over three fiscal years. Ongoing maintenance subscription costs will be allocated in future years. The selected vendor shall provide a complete solution encompassing what is further detailed in Exhibits B and C of this RFP.
