Public Safety Center 3rd Floor Improvements RFP

Description: Work including: Improvement Area A - Office TI. This area of the building was not finished in the original construction and planned for future office use. Approximate area: 1785 SF; Improvement Area B - Showers. This improvement adds two new single occupant showers and storage room in an area currently used for misc storage. Approximate area: 300 SF; Improvement Area C – Reception Window. This improvement installs a new reception window into the wall of an existing space near the office tenant improvement space. Approximate area: 155 SF.
