VINNYS 2ND AND 3RD FLOOR ABATEMENT PROJECT RFP

Description: The City of Torrington is soliciting proposals for complete hazardous building materials abatement on the second and third floors of the building at 245 E. Elm Street, Torrington, Connecticut. Sealed proposals are due September 17, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., with a highly encouraged pre-bid site walk scheduled for September 3, 2026. Bids require applicable state compliance documentation, a 5% bid bond, performance and labor and material bonds, and compliance with the 25% subcontracting set-aside goal.
