PUBLIC NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Description: The Poarch Band of Creek Indians is soliciting sealed bids to construct nine single-family homes at the PBCI Reservation, 5811 Jack Springs Road, Atmore, Alabama. Bids are accepted from November 3 through December 1, 2026, and a mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for November 3 at 1:00 p.m.; bid documents are available at that conference for a $100 refundable deposit. Sealed bids must be submitted before 1:30 p.m. on December 1, 2026, for a 2:00 p.m. public opening, and the project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Indian Programs.
