The Poarch Band of Creek Indians is soliciting statements of qualifications for the design and construction of an approximately 30,000 sq ft Multi-Purpose Facility serving Tribal citizens, employees, and guests. The facility will replace the existing gymnasium and will be constructed at 444 Lynn McGhee Drive in rural Escambia County, Alabama, and the notice describes a construction RFQ rather than a grant program. The RFQ packet is available by written email request to Procurement Officer Tracy Bottjer, and statements of qualifications must be submitted to the PBCI Finance Department by September 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM; Indian preference applies under PCI's TERO Ordinance.
