Description: The Port seeks a consultant to serve as its Owner’s Representative and develop an Operations Plan for a future public market and adjacent waterfront activity areas. The consultant will evaluate operating and management options and recommend a plan, including roles and responsibilities, policies, and procedures. The plan will guide how the market and public spaces are managed and maintained as the Terminal 1 public market project develops.
