The project includes approx. 70,000 SF of building improvements and associated tenant improvements. Scope of Work: Tenant improvements, building systems upgrades, space planning for multiple CTE pathways, site and access improvements as needed. Tenant improvements and retrofits at existing WASD classrooms and labs that are vacated as part of moving programs to the new building. This includes a residential construction lab at Renaissance High School and a welding lab and classroom at Owyhee High School. Current Phase: Preliminary design and cost estimating. Estimated Duration: Start immediately upon selection; conclude at the end of the warranty period following project completion.The District is currently refining conceptual design and cost models. The Owner's Representative will participate in ongoing design development, scheduling, and budgeting, and value engineering processes. The Owner's Representative will be responsible for organizing a value engineering session with outside consultants prior to final bids going out.
