Palm Row Roadway Improvements (Request for Proposals) REBID

Description: Work inlcudes milling and/or stripping of existing asphalt surfaces, subgrade preparation and improvements, repair of damaged underground utilities, including but not limited to irrigation, electrical, water and sewer lines, erosion control and tree protection, drainage improvements and associated infrastructure, general site grading and earthwork, construction of sidewalks, ADA ramps and concrete curbing, paving and asphalt surfacing, four (4) speed table crosswalks with brick paver inlay, one (1) crosswalk with brick paver inlay, roadway striping and pavements markings, roadway signs (existing signs may be reused if not damaged), sod disturbed areas.
