Psychological Assessment for Police Personnel (Request For Qualifications)

Description: The awarded vendor will assist the Police Department with psychological assessment testing by developing, administering, and evaluating standardized psychological tools to determine candidates' and employees' suitability for law enforcement duties. These assessments include pre-employment psychological screenings, Job Suitability Assessments (JSA), clinical interviews, background history reviews, and comprehensive psychological testing aimed at evaluating emotional stability, cognitive abilities, behavioral traits, and overall psychological readiness for high-risk roles. All tests and interviews must be conducted by licensed psychologists in good standing, with detailed electronic reports transmitted through a HIPAA-compliant portal within 48 hours.
