Description: provide direct, indirect and/or supplemental services for County residents affected by opioid use funded by the County Opioid Settlement Funds/ County Department of Human Services/Opioid Advisory Council(OAC). The County reserves the right to award multiple contracts for each program in order to ensure that the programs are adequately administered and to ensure that the clients are properly served.
