Providence City Hall Envelope Restoration-Phase 1 (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide significant historic restoration work on the exterior of the city hall. Full replacement of the slate shingle high-slope roof system including underlayment, removal, restoration, and reinstallation of all decorative copper elements, in place cleaning, repair, and waterproofing of cast iron elements, removal of existing low-slope roof systems, cleaning, repair, and repointing of all masonry, cleaning, repair, and replacement of existing gutter systems, and the design and construction of scaffolding required to perform this work.
