The City of Pasadena is seeking construction-management services for rehabilitation and seismic retrofit of the two-lane Holly Street Bridge over the Arroyo Seco. Planned project work includes deck and barrier replacement, structural strengthening, concrete repairs, and ADA improvements; the project materials also describe keeping the channel and nearby multi-use trail functioning during construction.
