Property Abatement, Demolition, Cleanup and Removal of Items Request For Proposal

Description: Yavapai County is soliciting multiple contractors to provide on-call property abatement, demolition, cleanup, and removal services including removal of structures, debris, underground storage tanks, and asbestos-containing materials. The master agreement term is three years with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year terms, and the County requests estimated funding of $30,000 to $100,000 per fiscal year. Questions are due September 7, 2026 and proposals are due September 17, 2026 at 1:30pm Arizona Time.
