Project Management Consultant Services for Pa/cis B-division: Upgrade Phase 0 Stations (state) (Request for Proposal)

Description: Project consists of upgrading the existing pa-only stations to full pa/cis capability, along with installing or enhancing hvac systems within communication rooms. Furnishing, installing, and/or upgrading, integrating, testing, and commissioning new and existing hvac mechanical systems for communication rooms, including building new mechanical rooms as needed to house the mechanical air-cooled split-system air conditioning equipment. It also includes supporting architectural, structural, and environmental work needed to ensure proper functionality and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
