The selected program manager will provide engineering and project-management services including planning, feasibility studies, procurement support, permitting, design and construction oversight, and coordination with the City and the public. The work covers treatment-plant-related utility and capital-improvement projects scheduled from 2026 through 2035, while the wastewater plan outlines needs through 2045.
