The Board discussed and took action on several applications. Approvals were granted for a Certificate of Appropriateness of Design and a Variance for additions to a single-family dwelling at 828 S Southlake Drive. A Variance was approved to reduce deck and pool street-side setback requirements at 404 N 17th Avenue. Additionally, a Certificate of Appropriateness of Design and a Variance to reduce parking requirements were approved for 1317 Harrison Street. The Board also addressed a general comment regarding demolition projects within the Historic District requiring further investigation.
