The City of Tracy seeks sealed bids for installation of a new traffic signal at Tracy Boulevard and Gandy Dancer Drive. The work includes curb ramps, a crosswalk, pedestrian countdown and accessible signals, traffic controllers, signal poles, signing, and striping, and must be completed within 90 calendar days by a contractor holding valid California Class A and C-10 licenses. Bidders must submit DIR registration proof and a subcontractor list and comply with prevailing-wage requirements; the successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the maximum contract price and a 10% warranty bond.
