Privacy Pods with Acoustic Technology
The State of Maine Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Office of State Procurement Services, is issuing this RFQ on behalf of the Maine State Library for three seated privacy pods: one accessible four-person unit and two single-person units. The pods must provide at least 30 dB sound reduction under ISO 23351-1:2020 and meet specifications including glass fronts, motion-controlled lighting and ventilation, U.S. electrical outlets, fire-resistant materials, adjustable furnishings, and Intertek Sustainability Clean Air certification. Delivery is required by November 13, 2026, to the Maine State Library in Augusta, and quotations must be submitted through Maine's Advantage Vendor Self Service system.
