Phase 2 project consists of an approx 58,000 SF, two-story addition to the existing psychiatric hospital. The expansion includes 25 additional inpatient beds, administrative offices, training and courtroom facilities, a commercial kitchen, gymnasium, laboratory, warehouse, maintenance, and support spaces. The project also includes renovations and connections to the existing facility, associated site demolition, utility infrastructure upgrades, parking improvements, site circulation, landscaping, and secured outdoor courtyards. Construction will be performed on an active healthcare campus while maintaining existing facility operations.
