Priority Hire Construction Training, Clean Energy Jobs, and Retention Services

Description: The City of Seattle is seeking proposals for outreach, construction and clean-energy pre-apprenticeship and job-readiness training, and retention services to help residents facing economic and environmental inequities access career pathways. Services may include training and placement into Washington State registered apprenticeship programs or clean-energy jobs, along with supports such as certifications, mentorship, and mental-health resources. The solicitation supports the City’s Green New Deal and its effort to expand access to living-wage clean-energy jobs.
