The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management & Budget is soliciting a pre-qualification list of contractors to provide tree planting, installation, maintenance, and related services across public properties, rights-of-way, parks and playgrounds. The contract will run upon execution through June 30, 2030 and includes scope items such as sidewalk saw-cutting/removal, tree grate replacement, topsoil/soil amendments, staking, deer fencing, and a multi-year maintenance/establishment/warranty program.
