Potrero Del Sol Perimeter Repairs

Description: Work consists of installation of a community plaza. Remove all vegetation and planter boxes within the maintenance strip. Planter boxes shall be reconstructed to be outside of maintenance strip. Remove mulch, soil, and other materials so that maintenance path is 12" below existing retaining wall. Install 2" x 6" pressure treated wood board at the bottom of the existing chain link fence on southern wall. Remove all materials and vegetation including trees.
