District Wide Food Service Upgrades - Walnut Grove ES RFP
The project consists of: increment 1: (2) new pc-approved lunch shelters at existing lunch court with associated demolition of existing trees and softscape. New landscape work adds trees and softscape surrounding the (2) new lunch shelters. Additional upgrade at adjacent restroom and drinking fountain for code-compliant fixtures and path of travel required upgrades. Site improvements at accessible parking, administration building path of travel and a new accessible drop-off. Increment 2: construction of a new interior partition wall to host new kitchen equipment to serve as a servery for student lunch. Kitchen equipment is reorganized for a more efficient layout, and a new exterior walk-in cooler/freezer is included.
