Pleasant Valley Road Project

Description: The City of Independence, Ohio, is seeking professional engineering and related services to improve the I-77/Pleasant Valley interchange and address queuing, delays, safety, and operational-efficiency concerns. The work includes feasibility and interchange-modification studies, environmental documentation, preferred-alternative development, final roadway and traffic-signal engineering, right-of-way services, and construction-phase support. Firms must meet applicable Ohio Department of Transportation prequalification requirements, and responses are due before the August 19, 2026 deadline.
