The Dickenson County Public Service Authority is soliciting sealed bids for the Backbone Ridge Phase V – Gilbert Drive Water Line Replacement Project. The project consists of installing approximately 8,600 linear feet of 6-inch waterline, 3,200 linear feet of ¾-inch waterline, 45 water meters, and all related appurtenances. Bids are received electronically through the Thompson & Litton planroom and will be publicly opened and read aloud virtually; bidders must hold a Virginia Class A contractor license, comply with Davis-Bacon wage requirements, and provide bid security per the Instructions to Bidders.
