Dickenson County Public Service Authority seeks proposals for a five-year turnkey operational contract, with renewal options, to ensure regulatory compliance, protect public health, and optimize its utility assets. Proposers are asked to submit separate proposals for operation of the POTW alone and for operation of the POTW together with its seven pump stations; the request is for operations only. The notice lists a mandatory pre-proposal conference and site tour on October 5, 2026, written questions due November 9, 2026 at 3:00 PM, and proposals due November 16, 2026 at 4:30 PM.
