The project consists of installing approximately 8,600 linear feet of 6-inch waterline, 3,200 linear feet of ¾-inch waterline, 45 water meters, and all related appurtenances. Bids are received electronically through the Thompson & Litton planroom and will be publicly opened and read aloud virtually; bidders must hold a Virginia Class A contractor license, comply with Davis-Bacon wage requirements, and provide bid security per the Instructions to Bidders.

Phase V-B Water Service Replacement Project RFP
Work includes remove and replace approximately 156 water service laterals using 1" CTS Poly Pipe from the mainline to the water meter, including excavation, installation, reconnection, testing, and restoration of disturbed areas, excavation, installation of new service piping, reconnection to the existing water main, testing, backfilling, compaction, and restoration of all disturbed areas to their original or better condition.
