Work includes the removal of an existing elevated exterior concrete slab and railing at the east side of the property. The concrete slab is the ceiling of the exterior accessible entrance. A new reinforced concrete slab and guardrail will be installed in its place. The accessible exterior entrance tunnel walls and floor will be cleaned. Patch parging at tunnel walls. Exterior lighting will be added. Underside of the new reinforced concrete slab (ceiling) will be painted. Existing concrete floor slab will be cleaned and stained. The tunnel walls will be primed and painted. See attached file.
