Phase 1 (New Building) The new building and associated structures (two meeting rooms, two restrooms, and two corner offices under wood canopies) are erected as physically separated structures adjacent to the existing building, connected only by utilities and exterior circulation. This phase also installs a dedicated electrical room, domestic and fire water service, accessible ramps and walkways, reconfigured parking with EV chargers, two LID bioretention planters, and solar canopies. Phase 2 (Existing Building) Also known as the Log Cabin, the existing building will receive structural upgrades, enlarged skylights, new HVAC rooms, and new ductwork throughout. This phase completes the restoration of the historic façade, adds a third LID planter, and constructs a new front porch with minor landscaping.
