Phase 1 Engineering - North and South Orchard Drive Road Improvements (Request of Qualifications)

Description: Provide professional engineering firms for phase i engineering and project management services, with the option of negotiating a contract for phase ii design engineering and phase iii construction engineering, for a federal aid - urban (fau) roadway improvement project. The firms must be familiar with, but not limited to, the standards and specifications for environmental clearance, investigating, planning, surveying, and designing of roadway projects.
