Perform Specific Work in the Willmar Connect Network Operations Center - (Request for Proposals)

Description: The purpose of this work is to remodel the existing building to serve as a functioning Network Operations Center to house critical networking and low voltage hardware. Renovation of existing utility building into a network operation center. Furnishing, installation, startup, and commissioning of three (3) downflow splitsystem air-conditioning units serving the under-floor cold-air plenum. Each system consists of an indoor air handler with downflow conversion kit, matched outdoor condensing unit with low-ambient kit, refrigerant piping, controls, condensate management, and electrical connections.
