Pension System Solution, Implementation, and Migration - (Request for Information)

Description: Software Licensing: This scope objective shall detail the licensing, support, materials, and training for a COTS solution that can be configured, installed, and tested, as an automated web-based pension system with minimal additional development or modification. Implementation Plan Requirements Analysis for Pension System This scope will evaluate CNIC’s current pension system (CRIMS) and centralized case management system by developing an implementation plan based on as-is (existing) PRDs and new business processes to produce to-be state PRDs. The outcome of the implementation plan will recommend the optimal path forward for maintaining CNIC’s current pension system (CRIMS), and the current centralized case management system functionality in the new pension system. The Implementation plan will segue into the deployment of the pension system hosted on (CNIC Accredited Cloud IaaS environment). See attached file.
