Payne Avenue Improvements

Description: The City of Cleveland is seeking qualified design-build team partners to provide architecture, engineering, and construction services for the Payne Avenue Improvements project. The project will renovate and improve the historic 2001 Payne Avenue facility, including future office-space preparation, security improvements, envelope repairs, and MEP upgrades while preserving historic architectural elements. Proposals are due August 31, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time, and the optional pre-proposal meeting and site visit are scheduled for August 14, 2026.
