Pawnee County Feedlot Freight Access Project (Request for Qualification)

Description: Seeking professional consulting firms, administrative entities, or individuals to provide comprehensive post-award grant management, compliance, and administration services. Reconstruction and paving of 14.5 miles of rural roadways in both Pawnee and Stafford counties, Kansas, to support increased traffic and truck use for a newly constructed feedlot. The project will improve 3.5 miles of the main access roads, including D Road (from S.19 Hwy to 80th) and 90th Ave. (from E Rd. to D. Road with concrete pavement. The Project will also widen, add an asphalt overlay, and add aggregate shoulders to 11 mile on E. Road (South 19 Hwy to 10 Ave.)
