Patricia & Ashby Stormwater Pump Station: 2nd Injection Well RFP

Description: Project consists of permitting and construction of a 2nd stormwater injection well at an existing stormwater pump station; installing well casing and well head piping with air valve in manhole; remove and replace two 24" isolating plug valves in new concrete vaults; new 24" spool and other connection piping, and surface restoration to include asphalt pavement, unimproved shoulder, and concrete sidewalk. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the facility as shown in the ITB construction plans. Major components of the work include site preparation with MOT; erosion and sediment control; well permitting and drilling; well head piping with air valve in concrete manhole; two new 24" plug valves in concrete vaults; connection piping, and all associated civil work required for a complete and operational stormwater pump station.
