Pump Station and Lift Station Pump and Electrical Annual Check RFP

Description: Record run time meters and check for correct run times, check level control system for proper working condition, check amperage on each motor for correct amperage, check condition of the control panel and check electrical connections, check all motor starters, circuit breakers, fuses, and motor windings (megger), alarm lights and telemetry (where applicable), check pumps in normal and by-pass operation, check valves are checked for operation leaks and for excessive corrosion, gate valves are exercised (if applicable), station is observed in normal working operation. List any potential problems and submit paperwork on checks.
