Description: Work inlcudes cold milling; removing and replacing ac pavement; ac and arhm pavement surface course overlay; adjusting valve covers, manhole covers, and pull box covers to-grade; removing and replacing damaged concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk; modifying/installing new curb ramps; constructing reverse curb and gutter with transition; restriping existing lane configuration; removing existing signal poles and equipment; constructing new signal poles and equipment; removing existing signal controller cabinet and service enclosure; installing new signal controller cabinet and service enclosure; installing new wiring for signal equipment.
