PARKING LOT SNOW PLOWING SERVICES

Description: The City of Urbana Department of Public Works seeks a qualified contractor to plow designated City-owned parking lots when City crews and equipment are prioritized for street snow removal. Upon authorization, the contractor must plow all designated lots overnight, generally starting no earlier than 7:00 p.m. and completing by 7:00 a.m.; hauling snow and salting or other treatment applications are excluded. The contract runs November 21, 2026, through April 30, 2027, with event-based pricing for snow accumulations of 5 inches or less versus more than 5 inches.
