Parking Lot Rehabilitation

Description: Work consists of removal of existing fences, sidewalk, trees, and all existing structures within the project area. Existing surface to be graded for new pavement and other installations. Installation of storm water drainage structures, bio-retention areas and plantings. Installation of retaining walls, new fence, underground electrical conduit, area lighting, electric charging stations for electric vehicles, porous asphalt pavement, asphalt pavement, new driveways, sidewalks, and ADA ramps, bus stop concrete pad, and striping for parking stalls. Installation of temporary construction barriers and other security measures such as maintenance and protection of traffic measures. Installation of erosion and sediment control measures and temporary facilities and controls.
