Village of Saranac Lake Park Avenue Southern Sewer Main Manhole Components

Description: Open bid for components to furnish manholes. 48" dia. (I.D.) manhole bases that are extended beyond the outer wall (5" +/-). Concrete shall be cast using a minimum of 5,000 psi concrete. 48 dia. (Id.) manhole risers. Wall thickness shall be a minimum of 5" thick. Price for pipe penetrations in the structure shall be either preformed or cored and included in the unit price per vertical foot of manhole riser. Concrete shall be cast using a minimum of 5,000 psi concrete. 48 dia. (I.D.) manhole flat tops. Cover thickness shall meet or exceed all h-20 loading requirements doe the top slab. Opening in flat top cover shall be 30" in dia. and offset towards the side of the cover. Concrete shall be cast using a minimum of 5,000 psi concrete.

Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation
The City of Victoria invites tenders for: A Contractor to design, supply and install a geopolymer to structurally rehabilitate existing sanitary and storm drain manholes. The geopolymer liner shall be spin cast or hand sprayed to various manholes’ surfaces including brick, concrete, and various other compatible materials. The minimum liner thickness must be achieved is a 50-year design for the specified applied loads.

2026 CIP SEWER PIPELINE & MANHOLE REPLACEMENT PROJECT
The City of Redlands seeks a contractor to rehabilitate approximately 3,300 linear feet of 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch sewer pipelines.
