Parish Fire Protection District #1 Renovation RFP

Description: Project includes the complete renovation of an existing 1970s- era facility including hazardous material abatement, interior reconfiguration, replacement of all interior finishes, doors, storefronts, and exterior cladding. Roof renovations, site and accessibility improvements, structural modifications, upgrades to plumbing, mechanical, electrical service and hvac system. Project includes minor additions and major renovations to an existing building for new fire district office and training facility. Work includes demolition and network including exterior faade work, building systems and building components. Scope includes civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, special systems and life safety system work.
