Description: Owner's Representative Services Gainfield Elementary School And/or Pomperaug Elementary School. The decision was made to construct a New Gainfield Elementary School on the site of the existing Gainfield Elementary School. The existing Gainfield Elementary School will remain in use until the new school has been constructed. Once completed, they will move into the new school, and the existing school will be demolished, and remining site work will be completed.
