Outpatient and/or Intensive Outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment

Description: Washington County Health and Human Services – Behavioral Health: The Addictions Program seeks qualified providers to deliver outpatient and/or intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment to eligible Washington County residents. The personal-services contract is intended to run from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2032, and may include assessment, drug testing, individual and group therapy, and related support services. This is an open Letter of Interest procurement under Washington County’s competitive personal-services contracting rules, with submissions due September 4, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
